“Brian Lacy finished our basement for us a year ago and we could not be happier with both his workmanship and his creativity. We didn’t know for sure what we wanted but he helped us visualize the possibilities, and he helped us with many of the (for us anyway) difficult choices–fixtures, paint color, carpet, etc. We didn’t want a suspended ceiling or a dry walled one, so Brian suggested we paint the “rafters” and the other ceiling stuff a flat black. Best decision ever! We have access to everything we need (plumbing, gas, electric) but you don’t even see the ceiling. Ask Brian and we would be happy to show you what it looks like. Brian Lacy remodeled two bathrooms for us..Jack and Jill and out Master. It was a total overhaul and he personally ripped out and installed everything. He was meticulous on every detail. What I liked about his work was that he was on the job site even as the plumbers and electricians were there just to make sure everything was perfect.
